Exchanges:

  • Eligible items for exchange must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase, such as the order receipt or invoice, is required for all exchange requests.

  • Our dedicated team will assist you in initiating the exchange process and provide detailed instructions on returning the item.
  • The exchanged item will be subject to availability. In the event that an item is unavailable you will be offered store credit.
  • Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for an exchange.
  • To ensure the safe and timely arrival of your returned item, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Damaged or Defective Items:
  • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately.
  • We will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you at no additional cost, including any applicable shipping charges.
